Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions are normally set on an individual basis. However, in general we try to make the best conditions possible for our clients depending on the specific services ordered and in respect to the costs of end suppliers such as hotels, restaurants and others service providers.
Our terms and conditions are according to the usual standards in the meetings and incentive events business and are always stated in proposed contracts. They are negotiable but are, in general, standardised to meet the needs of all involved parties and their requirements to ensure the best possible cooperation.
Complaints and Refunds
Any complaints regarding the service provided by Conference Consult have to be made during the clients visit or at least 21 days following their departure from the event.
Laws
Negotiation is considered a normal method of solving problems regarding contractual agreements. If these negotiations do not yield any positive results for either party concerned, the matter will be forwarded to the appropriate legal body, whose decision will be final.
