A: With most venues, accommodation and other suppliers we work on commission basis. Therefore, in most cases there are no extra booking or service costs to you. However, if you require only consulting/assistance to choose venues but no help with the actual planning and management aspects of your event, we can provide this service for a fee. An offer for these services can be sent to you within a day of your initial request.

A: We know that there are many companies that have planned and produced many of their own events with great success. Often this is because they have their own ‘in house’ events organisers. However, it could be that they need our assistance if they want to host an event in a city or location that they are unfamiliar with.

A: Normally we can do this in a matter of days. If your request is difficult to fulfil, it can take up to a week.

A: Yes, we believe that contracts are necessary so that both parties know their responsibilities. We believe in clear contracts and in our professionalism. Of course, such a contract would only be valid should you decide to hold the event at a location(s) offered by us.

However we do put our full efforts in giving you professional and fair offers and expect our clients to respect these efforts by paying any pre-contract consulting fees that may be due.
