Clients are hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions and the possibility that a traveller may be unable to travel as scheduled due to a personal emergency.
Conference Consult does not guarantee any supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or handling of baggage or other personal effects. The traveller assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any of and all the following: passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements of each destination and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
Payment for and retention of reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent of the client to the above and agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. By embarking upon travel, the client voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected and the client hereby expressly agrees to forever release, discharge and shall hold Conference Consult and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies and subcontractors harmless against any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, suits, claims and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever which the traveller may now have or which may hereafter arise out of or in connection with any trip or participation in any activities arranged by Conference Consult.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and all travellers should obtain coverage for themselves, travel companions and family members to cover unforeseen travel issues such as cancellations, interruptions, delays, lost/stolen/damaged travel documents and personal property, medical expenses and emergency transportation.
In addition to the terms set forth above, Conference Consult nor its information providers or content partners shall not be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or lack of authenticity of, the information contained within Conference Consult.com, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses arising there from or occasioned thereby.
